Student Supervision

Adult supervisors are on the school grounds before (from 8:30 am) and after school (until 3:00 pm), as well as at recess and lunch time. Students who take the school bus are supervised for extended periods of time. The supervisors, both teachers and other staff, have been trained in safety and behaviour management techniques for the playground. The supervision before and after school coincides with the picking up or dropping off of our students.

 

Note: During early dismissal days, staff members stay on site to supervise all bus students until they are picked up.
